In this quick guide, we’ll teach you how to process ingredients in Genshin Impact in five easy steps.
Cooking and eating food can give your characters an additional boost to your stats such as your Attack or Stamina.
But to start cooking food, you’ll need to process your ingredients first! Here’s how.
How to Process Ingredients in Genshin Impact
Here are the steps on how to process your ingredients so you can start cooking them into your recipes:
1. Go to a Cooking station in Mondstadt, Liyue Harbor, or a campfire
Whether you’re planning on cooking recipes or processing ingredients, you will need to do it in a cooking station.
The most accessible cooking stations are the ones in Mondstadt or Liyue Harbor. Just look for the knife and fork icon on your map.
3. Press the “Ingredients” icon
This will open the ingredients tab where you can see the list of ingredients you can process.
4. Select the ingredients you want to process
Select your desired ingredients to process and press “Cook.” Then, set the amount to process and press “Confirm.”
The ingredients will now start processing and will be added to the cooking queue.
5. Wait for the processing to complete, then obtain your ingredients
Ingredients have different processing times. For example, Sugar which requires 2 Sweet Flowers will take 3 minutes to process.
Once done, you’ll be able to “Obtain” the processed ingredients from the same Ingredients tab in your cooking menu.
Time to cook a hearty meal for the team!
