Great news for all mobile gamers and MOBA fans—League of Legends: Wild Rift, is finally here!

The latest mobile game by Riot Games has officially started its regional open beta for certain regions in Asia starting on October 27, 2020.

Players from the following countries will now be able to download and play League of Legends: Wild Rift on their smartphones:

  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Thailand

 

How to Download League of Legends: Wild Rift on Android

You may download and install League of Legends: Wild Rift by clicking this Google Play Store link on your Android device.

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search for League of Legends: Wild Rift
  3. Click on Install to download the game

Once installed, you may login to the game using your Facebook account, Riot account or Google Play Games account.

 

How to Download League of Legends: Wild Rift on iOS

To download and install League of Legends: Wild Rift on your iPhone or iPad, just click this link on your iOS device which will take you to the App Store page.

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Search for League of Legends: Wild Rift
  3. Click “Get” to download the game

After installing the game, you may login with your Facebook account, Riot account or Apple ID.

 

When is League of Legends: Wild Rift Coming to Europe/America?

As mentioned in their Regional Open Beta announcement, Riot is aiming to release the game in the following locations in early December:

  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • North Africa
  • Oceania
  • Russia
  • Taiwan
  • Turkey
  • Vietnam

Finally, in Spring 2021, the game will be available for players in the Americas.

 

What are the minimum requirements to play League of Legends: Wild Rift?

While Wild Rift is mainly based on the OG League of Legends game, the mobile version isn’t a direct port of the PC version of League.

The developers at Riot actually rebuilt the game from scratch to make it optimized for smartphones.

Here are the minimum specs you need to play Wild Rift on your mobile device:
